Are there per-user fees on top of the monthly price?

How long are the contracts?
We don't lock clients into multi-year contracts to protect our revenue. We earn the relationship through consistent service. Contact us to discuss terms that make sense for your organization.
Can we start with Core Quality and add modules later?
Yes. Many organizations start with document control and CAPA, then add equipment management and QC analysis as the program expands. Plans scale with your requirements at no friction.
Is implementation really included — or is there a catch?
It is genuinely included. Phased deployment, quality team training, and validation documentation are part of every plan. We don't charge separately for getting you live. An eQMS that requires separate professional services fees to implement is common in this industry — and it's something we deliberately don't do.
What does "unlimited ongoing support" actually mean?
It means your team has access to our team — for questions, workflow adjustments, new user onboarding, and anything else that comes up after go-live. We don't meter support hours or gate access to help behind a support tier.
