This policy covers kintavo.com and Kintavo's marketing communications. The Kintavo platform itself is governed by customer agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where PHI is involved.
Information you submit through our demo and assessment forms (name, work email, organization, role), and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used to operate and secure the site.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
To respond to demo and assessment requests, to send material you explicitly requested, and to operate, secure, and improve the site. A human replies to form submissions; submitting a form does not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.
Form submissions are retained while relevant to an active conversation or as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time via privacy@kintavo.com.
Customer quality-system data in the Kintavo platform is processed under each customer's agreement and never used for marketing. Details of encryption, access control, and audit trails are on the Security & Trust page.
We use a small number of cookies, and none of them load before you choose. On your first visit a banner asks whether analytics may be enabled; until you accept, no analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is written. Declining is a complete answer — the site works identically either way.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a refusal and never ask. Whatever you choose is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again, and you can change it at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer of any page.
Strictly necessary — your cookie choice itself, and the security and load-balancing cookies our hosting sets to serve the page. These have no analytics purpose and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Analytics, only with consent — Google Analytics 4, loaded directly by our own script (no tag manager, no third-party tag container), used to count page views and see which pages lead to a demo request. We run it with IP anonymisation on and Google’s advertising and ad-personalisation signals switched off, so the data is not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, we do not embed social media trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable form. Consent for analytics is the lawful basis we rely on for cookies, and you may withdraw it at any time without giving a reason. Our lawful basis for responding to a demo request or toolkit download is legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you initiated.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@kintavo.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Form submissions are delivered to Kintavo by email and are not stored in a third-party marketing database. Analytics data, when enabled, is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our hosting and email delivery providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
